At Vermillion, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Vermillion designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
